At NAUL, we make it possible through our Pre-Order and Custom Services.
Whether it’s securing your favorite items early, requesting a unique design, or placing a large order — we’re here to bring your vision to life.

1 Payment

50% payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This confirms your reservation and guarantees that the item will be set aside for you upon arrival.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that these dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to factors such as production or shipping delay.
Once your pre-ordered item arrives, it will be processed and shipped immediately.

3 Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each order is reserved specifically for you. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
